We were among the first five agencies in Singapore appointed by the Housing Development Board (HDB) under a pilot scheme to test run what is now known as "Resalenet System". In 1996, we were appointed by the Jurong Town Cooperation (JTC) as one of five agencies representing the JTC in the procurement of HDB resale flats
Our humble beginnings started in 1995 as Visa Property with only 3 realtors, who together with our founder, Dave Lau grew together to form ROOF Real Estate Group Pte Ltd in 1997.

All realtors are required to undergo our in-house 2 weeks Training after they have passed their RES course.
